Choose 1 of the following:

1 tsp margarine
1 tsp mayonnaise

Choose 2 of the following:

1 slice cheese
1 slice ham
½ hard boiled egg

Choose 3 of the following:

⅛ cucumber, sliced
1 piece pineapple
¼ carrot, grated
¼ tomato, sliced
1 lettuce leaf, shredded
1 tbsp. of alfalfa sprouts
10 snow pea sprouts

Choose between:

1 wrap
2 slices of wholemeal bread


  1. Prepare your ingredients (wash, peel, slice etc).
  2. Using your metal spatula, spread your margarine or mayonnaise on your pita, mountain or wholemeal bread.
  3. Place the remainder of your ingredients on your pita, mountain or wholemeal bread. Roll or slice your bread.
  4. Present your super sandwich on a dinner plate and enjoy.
