INGREDIENTS
Choose 1 of the following:
1 tsp margarine
1 tsp mayonnaise
Choose 2 of the following:
1 slice cheese
1 slice ham
½ hard boiled egg
Choose 3 of the following:
â…› cucumber, sliced
1 piece pineapple
¼ carrot, grated
¼ tomato, sliced
1 lettuce leaf, shredded
1 tbsp. of alfalfa sprouts
10 snow pea sprouts
Choose between:
1 wrap
2 slices of wholemeal bread
METHOD
- Prepare your ingredients (wash, peel, slice etc).
- Using your metal spatula, spread your margarine or mayonnaise on your pita, mountain or wholemeal bread.
- Place the remainder of your ingredients on your pita, mountain or wholemeal bread. Roll or slice your bread.
- Present your super sandwich on a dinner plate and enjoy.
