Christmas brownies are delicious, quick, easy and fun to make.
Noone has time to bake from scratch at Christmas so take the easy way and cheat!
What you need: 1 packet of brownie mix and toppings of choice we had green, red & yellow icing, freckles, candy canes and some rainbow sugar sprinkles.
Cook per instructions on packet, then cut in triangles for Christmas trees or Santa hats or circles for bauble. Next cut the candy cane and stick it in the bottom of the tree. Pop a freckle on the top and then put the icing on and add some sugar sprinkles.
Ta da! A Christmas dessert in minutes (well maybe half an hour)! 
We didn’t quite make ours look as good as our Pinterest inspiration but we tried!
