Lightning Reef Primary School welcomed 33 Foundation students who commenced their primary education at the start of the 2021 year. The students have attended with enthusiasm, are forming friendships and have been learning the routines and expectations of the school day.
Students are beginning to gain an understanding of the school values of Be Your Best, Co-operation, Respect and Responsibility. Students have been exploring the curriculum completing daily literacy and numeracy blocks as well as accessing the school specialist programs throughout the week of Physical Education, Music and Art.
