Belinda Urwin has been a part of the Eaglehawk community since she was a little girl, going to Eaglehawk High School and starting her first job at the Eaglehawk Newsagency so many years ago now. It just seems fitting that her new shop is now also in Eaglehawk.

The shop called Nolbel Creations (Nolbel being spelt this was as its Belinda’s husband’s name NOL and start of hers BEL) opened earlier in June. The Central Victorian Lion Team performed a blessing at the opening. Belinda says, “The Central Victorian Lion Team was amazing with the shop blessing and the drums and colourful lions drew a crowd to watch it happening. It was a family occasion as our 12 year old son was the main orange lion doing the blessing and our older children and family were also here to celebrate my dream of owning my own gift shop become reality.”

Belinda says, “The business is a gift shop with a difference, we create beautiful products that are personalised not only with a name but we can design some beautiful gifts with verses and photos that make the giving of the gift even more meaningful to the person receiving them.”

“We can add customers photos to create wonderful memories. We cater for Births, weddings, memorials, anniversaries, birthdays and so much more. We also cater for corporate groups with logos placed on items and we can also supply community groups who might like to sell products as fundraisers, so we design items for them as well.”

“We have general gifts on our shelves to compliment our wonderful created designs, so we are sure we have something for everyone….we can even create some blokey signs for the unique man cave image or put the beloved car photo onto an assortment of products.”

“Let’s not forget the Christmas excitement with personalised Christmas Santa sacks, stockings and Baubles for the tree, all with your own name on them.”

“We hope people will pop in and see us and ask what we can create for them….its always nice to see your name on something, especially if you have an unusual spelling which is the case for this era as so many people get creative in the naming of their children.”
